First show in 60 seconds

  1. PC asleep or no desk window? Wake the PC, double-click Lighting Desk 1.1.cmd on the Desktop and wait for the green Driving lights pill on the left monitor.
  2. Top bar of screen 1 must read Driving lights. It says Preview, lights muted? Wrong window: chapter 10.
  3. Pick a fade: tap 2 s in the bottom bar.
  4. Tap a mood on screen 2's wall. Its tile turns green.
  5. Next song: tap the next mood. It replaces the stage at your fade.
  6. Wrong tap: press U or Undo.
  7. Emergency: hold Blackout or B for 0.7 s. Tap it again to release.

Three house rules

  • Key light almost never

    KEY is capped at 5 and FOH at 10. Leave the caps alone.

  • A scene tap beats a timeline

    Tapping a mood stops a running timeline and puts that mood up.

  • Blackout: hold, then tap

    Hold Blackout or B for 0.7 s to go dark. Tap it again to release.
