What shipped: db0876b..d297897, 9 commits by git log. They cover the grouped crossfade undo (Program.cs, xfade.js, api.js), the Dark mark on the desk and phone, the rail sub copy, the phone landscape row, the help house-rules list, the screen 2 undo label, the ch04/ch09 re-shoot and build stamp e3db203. Transport: the code pack (216,252 bytes, md5 9bf77b31c472) went in chunks. The help media went as 4 media-only packs to https://gregbot-pages-2to.pages.dev/lightdesk-pc-media-2026-10-11d/, all md5 matched. Fast-forward to d297897 with fsck clean. Backup: C:\Users\Tiny Room\lightdesk-next-backup-2026-10-11-ship3 (311 files, robocopy rc 1, LightDesk.dll equal to the run copy before the ship, data excluded). Build: new-desk -Action build gave 0 errors in about 6 s, and the 7073 preview restarted on the new build. Swap: two-screen close, then new-desk -Action ship -NoBuild -NoBrowser. new-desk recorded the look (39 lights set, 0 looks running), stopped pid 6592 at 12:58:01.8, saw the new desk streaming to 169.254.20.48 and 192.168.1.61 at 12:58:03.0, and put the look back. Dark time: about 1.2 s, from stop to streaming in the new-desk log. The 100 ms /api/status probe saw 0.1 s (12:58:02.9 to 12:58:03.0). Its requests use a 1 s timeout, so it undercounts. New pid: 440, C:\Users\Tiny Room\lightdesk-next\LightDesk.exe, dryRun=false, dmx running, frames counting from 3,576. The run folder's LightDesk.dll equals the fresh build. lightdesk-default.txt = new. Windows: new-desk -Action open -TwoScreen put screen 1 at 0,0 1920x1080 and screen 2 at 1920,0 1920x1080, and pinned screen 2 over its taskbar.

Note

The stage camera at 12:58 shows a person in the room moving chairs. The restart happened with someone present. new-desk restored the stage look and no show was running. Restart budget for tonight is used: 3 of 3.
